Logins
Let it work inside the tools you already use
Many church and nonprofit tools have no direct connection. With the Logins add-on, Grantkeeper uses its own private browser and a login you save to work in the sites you approve.
Text it like this
Fictional example.
How Logins works
You sign a short waiver and choose the sites Grantkeeper may open. For each one, you save a login in Settings on your private page, never in a text. Grantkeeper opens one site at a time in its own browser, with a separate profile for each site. When a site sends a sign-in code, it asks you for it and carries on.
Tools we often see: Planning Center, Breeze, SignUpGenius, Givebutter and Canva. We check each tool, plan and permission with you during setup, because what a login can see depends on the role you give it.
What it does there
It reads what that login can see, such as serving schedules, rosters, attendance, sign-up lists or giving reports, and prepares the work you asked for: a summary, reminder drafts, an export or a filled-in form. Steps that send, submit, post, pay, register, donate or delete wait for a one-time code you text back, for that step only.
What stays off limits
Bank, payment, payroll and email sites are blocked by name, and that includes any site with "mail" in its address, such as Mailchimp. For those, Grantkeeper works from the files you export. Logins and Schedules cannot be on at the same time, so if you rely on weekly scheduled checks, those read public pages and your files instead of signing in anywhere.
Good first jobs
Planning Center: this Sunday’s serving schedule and the open spots. Breeze: last month’s attendance for a report. SignUpGenius: who signed up for the fall festival and which slots are still empty. Givebutter: this week’s gifts, for thank-you notes. Canva: the text of a flyer you designed, so it can be translated.
Start with jobs that read and prepare. Once you have seen how it works in your tools, ask for the steps that change something, and each of those still waits for your code.
No Logins? Exports work well for most of these tools. A spreadsheet of this week’s sign-ups or gifts, added to your files, gets the same summary.

Start with one site
With Logins on, Grantkeeper signs in to the church and donor tools you allow, using a login you save, and does the reading and preparing there.
- Create a login for Grantkeeper in the tool, with only the access it needs.
- Save it in Settings on your private page.
- Ask for one job, like this Sunday’s serving schedule.
