Short answers about Grantkeeper, Google Ad Grants and how setup works.
What is Grantkeeper?
An AI assistant for nonprofits and churches that your team texts. It helps run Google Ad Grants, drafts event and program pages, prepares donor thank-you notes and gets board and funder reports ready, using the tools you already have. It runs on Queva OS, made by Agent Lead Engine.
What is Google Ad Grants?
A Google program that gives eligible nonprofits free ads on Google Search. Google runs it, sets its rules and decides who qualifies. Grantkeeper helps you apply, build campaigns and keep up with the rules. Agent Lead Engine is not affiliated with Google.
Can you promise we will get the grant, or keep it?
No. Google decides who is approved and whether an account stays active. Grantkeeper checks the rules every week and helps fix what it finds, but no one can promise approval, clicks, donations or results.
Is our church eligible for Ad Grants?
Google sets eligibility. In the US it asks for 501(c)(3) status recognized by the IRS, or a documented place under a group exemption, and a church’s automatic exemption alone is not enough. Government entities, hospitals and schools are excluded, with some exceptions for their charitable arms. Grantkeeper checks your records against Google’s current rules. If you are not eligible, it can still help with pages, follow-up and reports.
What does Grantkeeper check each week?
This month’s click rate and conversions, keywords with a Quality Score of 1 or 2, single-word keywords, the bidding strategy and today’s spend. It tells you what it checked, what needs a look and what it could not check. Sitelinks, locations, network settings, tracking and your pages are a separate look.
Does Grantkeeper turn ads on by itself?
No. It creates new campaigns, ads and keywords paused. You look them over in Google Ads and switch them on. It can pause a keyword, ad, ad group or campaign when you ask, and it cannot raise budgets, delete anything or touch billing.
Our website is not on WordPress. Can it still help?
Yes. It prepares the page text, ready to paste, for whoever runs your website. Ads still have to link to your own approved site.
Do we have to move to a new donor or church system?
No. Keep Planning Center, Breeze, Givebutter or whatever you use now. Grantkeeper works with those through its own browser login or files you export, and connects directly to Google Ads, WordPress, SuiteDash, GoHighLevel, TickTick and a calendar link. See the integration pages.
Does it email or text our donors and volunteers?
It drafts thank-you notes, receipts, newsletters and reminders for you to check. Sending goes through your own email or giving tool when you are ready.
Can it work in Spanish?
Yes. It writes pages, posts, notes and reminders in English and Spanish, with the same dates, amounts and details in both. For legal, medical or eligibility wording, have a qualified bilingual person read the final version.
Does it give legal or tax advice?
No. It drafts from your records and points out missing facts. Questions about tax, legal or immigration matters go to your accountant, attorney or accredited representative.
How do we share passwords and keys?
On your private setup page, never in a text. Each tool gets its own login or key with only the access the job needs.
What does Grantkeeper cost?
Churches, synagogues, mosques, temples and other houses of worship get the Care plan free, including setup and AI use, and can move up to Managed or Full Service at the normal price. Other nonprofits use the same three plans: Care is $99 a month, Managed $199 and Full Service $349, and AI use and support are included in each. Managed adds 1 hour of human support a month; Full Service adds 2 hours, a larger AI allowance, cybersecurity monitoring and deep access for our team, with a signed waiver. Setup is agreed before you start; talk to us. See plans and pricing.
When can we get support?
Every day, 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern, and we reply within two support hours. Every plan includes support: help when something is not working, answers to your questions, and fixes at no charge for anything we set up that breaks. Managed adds 1 hour of human support a month and Full Service 2 hours, as 15-minute credits, each for one fix, change or question handled by a person. On Care, individual hours are $175 an hour, billed in 15-minute increments ($43.75). Extra time beyond the included hours on Managed or Full Service is $125 an hour ($31.25 per 15 minutes).
Are the examples on this site real?
No. Every name, number, website and conversation in the examples is made up. No account is connected, and nothing is sent or published.
