Tailscale is a private network between your own devices. When we join your Grantkeeper server to it, the tools it builds open only on the phones and computers you add.

Two kinds of pages
Every Grantkeeper can make simple pages that open from a private link for 30 minutes at a time. With Builder and Tailscale, it can also make tools that stay put: they live on your server, keep their own records and open any time on the devices in your Tailscale network, without a fresh link.
That suits tools your team uses all week, such as a pantry in-and-out tracker, a van sign-out sheet or a care team board.
How a tool is made
Grantkeeper asks a few short questions, shows a plan and a rough sketch, and builds only after you say yes. It tests the tool with made-up data, takes phone and computer screenshots, and sends them to you. The tool goes live only when you approve that exact version, and a later change gets its own screenshots and approval. A rollback restores the earlier code, while records already saved stay as they are.
You manage the devices
Your Tailscale account decides which devices can reach your tools. We show you how to add a new staff phone or remove one when someone leaves. The same private network lets you preview website changes before they go public.
Good first tools
A pantry in-and-out tracker with low-stock alerts on screen, a van and room sign-out sheet, a care team board with who owns each request, or a simple inventory of the supply closet. Each one keeps its own records on your server and has a button that downloads a spreadsheet.
What it is not
These tools are for your staff, not the public, and they have no login of their own: being on your Tailscale network is the lock. Anything visitors or donors should see belongs on your website instead.
If you change your mind
Turning Tailscale off takes the tools off your network. The records stay on your server, and a link page can stand in for a tool while you decide.
If a link page is enough, you do not need this. Start with link pages and move a tool here once your team uses it every day.
