What the ads did for the event

Once the event is over, Grantkeeper pauses its campaign when you say so and puts the ad results next to your real sign-up numbers.

What you send: Tell Grantkeeper the event is over and send the final sign-up count.
What you send
What you get: Clicks, grant spend and recorded conversions for the event campaign, next to the sign-ups you report, and notes for next time.
What you get

Fictional example.

Text it like this

Fictional example.

You: The food drive is done. 46 people signed up in the end.
Grantkeeper: Paused the Food drive campaign. Last 30 days: 412 clicks, $618 of grant spend, 19 recorded conversions. 260 of the clicks came in the final week. Your count is 46, so the rest signed up another way or weren't tracked. Notes for next year are saved.

Pause, then read

When you text that the event is over, Grantkeeper pauses its campaign right away. Then it reads the campaign's results for the last 7 and 30 days, including clicks, grant spend, calls and recorded conversions, and puts them next to the sign-up count you send.

The two numbers can differ. Some people register without clicking an ad, some click and sign up later on another device, and a broken tag can hide conversions altogether. Missing tracking means the answer is unknown, not zero, so Grantkeeper marks the gap instead of filling it.

Fictional example: a food drive campaign had 412 clicks and 19 recorded conversions in its last 30 days, and the organizers counted 46 sign-ups. The review shows both numbers side by side and says plainly that the other 27 came another way or weren't tracked, without guessing which.

Notes for next time

The review ends with a few notes you can use next year: which keywords drew clicks, which searches to block, how much of the activity came in the final week, and what people asked about. Grantkeeper saves them as a TickTick task dated a few weeks before next year's event.

Keep the event page as a record, or update it to say the event has passed, with a link to what's next. The paused campaign stays in your account as a starting point for next year.

If the tracking looked broken, the notes say so, and fixing it goes on the list before next year's campaign is switched on.

Add the short summary to the board packet. It shows what one event's campaign did, in real numbers, with the tracking gaps stated.
