A donation page with one clear ask

Grantkeeper drafts a donation page around one program or need, using only facts you confirm, and links the Donate button to the giving form you already use.

What you send: What gifts support, your legal name and mission line, and the link to your giving form.
What you send
What you get: A page draft with a headline, what gifts support, a Donate button, contact details and any disclosure lines you confirm.
What you get

Fictional example.

Text it like this

Fictional example.

You: Draft a donation page for the pantry's holiday boxes.
Grantkeeper: Draft saved: “Support holiday food boxes.” It says what the boxes hold, when they go out and who packs them, with a Donate button to your Givebutter form. Two blanks: is there a match this year, and is the legal name Elm Street Pantry Inc.?

Say what the gift supports

The page leads with one need, such as holiday food boxes, and says what they hold, when they go out and who packs them, using facts you confirm. It carries your legal name, mission line and contact details. Grantkeeper doesn't add lines like “$50 feeds a family,” matching gifts or impact numbers unless you have them and say so.

The Donate button goes to the giving form you already use, such as Givebutter, Zeffy, Donorbox or Tithely. Grantkeeper never collects card details itself. If the page sells something with a benefit, like a dinner ticket, the IRS describes a disclosure for payments over $75, so the page shouldn't call the full amount deductible. Your treasurer confirms that wording.

Make the page work with Ad Grants

Google's website policy asks that donation links be secure and working. Grant ads link only to your own website, so the ad points to this page on your domain, and the page's button opens your giving form. Test the whole path on a phone, from the page to the finished gift.

Conversion tracking needs to see a finished gift. If the form lives on another service, ask your web person how completed gifts reach Google Ads; the conversion guide covers both setup routes. On WordPress, Grantkeeper saves the page as a draft and publishes it after your YES code.

If gifts on the page are meant for one program, say so on the page and make sure the giving form records them that way, so the thank-you note and the books both match what the donor chose.

One page per appeal keeps the message clear. When the appeal ends, update the page and pause its ads, so no one gives to a drive that closed last month.
