Welcome the people who asked to hear from you
Send the newcomer cards or visit form export. Grantkeeper drafts a welcome for each person who asked for contact, in the channel they chose.

Text it like this
Fictional example.
Start with people who asked
Grantkeeper lists the people who asked to be contacted, with the channel each one chose: email, text, a call or a visit. People who didn't ask stay off the list. It drafts one welcome per person or household: thanks for coming, one detail they shared if they wrote one, the next gathering that fits, and a name and number for questions.
Spanish drafts go to people who wrote in Spanish or asked for it. You send the welcomes from your own email, phone or church tool.
Each welcome invites the person to one next step that fits what they wrote, such as a newcomers' lunch, a small group or the Spanish service, rather than a list of every ministry.
Fictional example: seven newcomer cards came in on Sunday. Five asked for contact, three by email and two by text. Grantkeeper drafts five welcomes, one in Spanish, and leaves the other two cards alone.
What to leave alone
Grantkeeper doesn't read anything into a person's absence, and it doesn't guess someone's faith, background or circumstances from a name. Children are contacted through their parents or guardians, never directly. It points out possible duplicate records and leaves any merge to you.
Newcomer lists stay out of advertising. Google's policy on religious beliefs bars advertiser-curated audiences, such as Customer Match lists, when promoting places of worship, and Grantkeeper does not upload these lists to Google Ads.
If someone asks not to be contacted again, tell Grantkeeper, and it leaves them off every future draft.
A short welcome sent in the first week, from a real person at the church, is easier to answer than a long letter. The plan-a-visit page is a good link to include.

What you send
Newcomer cards, a visit form export or your church management report.
What Grantkeeper prepares
A list of people who asked for contact and how, a welcome draft for each, Spanish drafts where wanted, and possible duplicate records.
What to keep in mind
Only people who asked are contacted. Children are reached through their parents, and these lists never go into ads.
