Keep your Ad Grants account healthy
Start each week knowing where the grant stands
Grantkeeper reads your Google Ads account once a week and texts you the items that need attention, each with a proposed next step.

Text it like this
Fictional example.
What the check reads
The weekly check uses Grantkeeper's grant health tool. It reads the account's click rate for the month so far, conversions recorded this month, live keywords with a Quality Score of 1 or 2, single-word keywords other than your own brand terms, campaigns that are not on conversion-based bidding, and today's spend next to the $329 daily limit Google describes. It changes nothing in the account.
It runs on Monday morning by default, or on the day and time you choose when you turn it on. When something needs attention, the text is two short sentences: what the issue is, and the next step Grantkeeper proposes. A week with nothing flagged may bring no text at all. That means the items it reads looked clear, not that Google has reviewed the whole account.
Fictional example: on the second Monday of the month, the check finds a click rate of 4.9% and one live single-word keyword, “food.” The text names the keyword and its ad group and offers to pause it, and the next Monday's check shows whether the rate moved.
What needs a separate look
Some rules sit outside what the check can read. It does not see Google's program survey emails, judge your website, look back at completed months, or decide whether each conversion action is a meaningful one. Grantkeeper names these as not checked. If the Google Ads connection fails, it says so instead of reporting a healthy account.
When the text flags a keyword, reply “pause it” and Grantkeeper pauses that keyword. New keywords or ads it suggests are added as paused drafts, and you switch them on in Google Ads. Early in the month a low click rate rests on only a few days, so the first Monday's number is a warning, not a result.
Read the check next to your calendar: a big event week can move the numbers for a while. The account health guide lists every rule the check touches.

What you send
Connect Google Ads once, then tell Grantkeeper the day and time you want the check.
What Grantkeeper prepares
A short text with the month-to-date click rate, recorded conversions, flagged keywords and today's spend, plus what it could not check.
What to keep in mind
The check only reads. Early-month numbers are warnings, and Google's survey and your website need their own look.
