Grantkeeper
An assistant you text for the weekly admin
Small nonprofits run on a few people doing many jobs. Grantkeeper is an assistant you text. It runs the Ad Grants work and prepares the drafts, lists and reports that fill a director's week.
Text it like this
Fictional example.
Text it like a colleague
You text Grantkeeper the way you'd text a helpful colleague: a sentence, a photo of a sign-up sheet, a spreadsheet export, last month's minutes. It sends back the finished piece of work, such as a draft, a list or a summary, along with anything it still needs from you.
It speaks in donors, volunteers, events and programs, and it uses your organization's own words, religious or secular. It writes English and Spanish versions from the same facts when you need both.
What it works with
With Google Ads connected, Grantkeeper reads results, builds paused campaigns, ad groups, ads and keywords, pauses items when you ask, and runs a read-only weekly grant check. Ads it builds are paused, and you switch them on in Google Ads. It cannot raise budgets or touch billing. With WordPress connected, it reads your pages, saves drafts and publishes one reviewed draft after your YES code. A calendar link lets it read your events, and TickTick holds tasks and reminders.
For donor databases, giving platforms, church management and sign-up tools, Grantkeeper works from the exports you send. You keep the systems you already use; nothing needs to move. Drafts that touch taxes or legal questions, such as receipt wording, go to your treasurer or adviser to confirm.
Where to start
Pick one weekly job first. If you already have a grant, start with the weekly check and clear what it finds. If you don't have one yet, start with eligibility and your website. Google describes the program as up to $10,000 a month of in-kind search advertising for qualifying nonprofits, with no requirement to spend it. Google decides who qualifies, and what an account uses depends on real searches and the program's rules.
After that, add the jobs that eat your week: Thursday thank-yous, Monday's brief, the board packet. Each one starts with a single text.
How setup works
We set Grantkeeper up with you. Connections such as Google Ads and WordPress are entered on your private setup page, never in a text message. The weekly grant check starts once Google Ads is connected and you turn on scheduled checks, and you pick the day and time.
We learn your organization's legal name, time zone, fiscal year, languages and the tools you use, so drafts start with the right details. If you don't have a website person, tell us, and we plan the page work around that.
Grantkeeper’s Care plan is free for churches, synagogues, mosques, temples and other houses of worship, including setup and AI use. For other nonprofits, talk to us about your setup. The Monday director brief is a good second recipe.
