Constant Contact for nonprofits and churches

Prepare contact review lists and message drafts from permitted Constant Contact exports.

Text it like this

Fictional example.

Grantkeeper
You: Compare gifts this month with our sent thank-you log. Show possible gaps, not a new mailing list.
Grantkeeper: October review: 18 gift IDs, 15 matched to sent notes, 2 possible gaps, 1 duplicate ID to check. A missing log entry does not prove no thank-you was sent.

What Grantkeeper prepares

Thank-you gaps: Compare gifts with a checked follow-up log.

Weekly notes: Draft personal thanks from approved records.

Newsletter copy: Prepare program updates and event links for review.

What the owner provides

Send only the export or document needed for this job. You do not need to send an account password or API key for file-based work. Export it yourself from an account allowed to see the records, and include the export date and reporting period.

Limits to keep in mind

Constant Contact export fields can include contact permission status. Preserve it. A file review does not authorize a new mailing, import corrected contacts or restore an unsubscribed address.

Start with a limited sample. A vendor feature does not establish that a live connection is enabled for your account. Confirm access, cost and permitted actions during setup.
