Grantkeeper: Draft for Ana: Thank you for supporting the pantry. We appreciate your welcome gift. Our approved September update is attached. Check first-gift status and the preferred name before sending.

What Grantkeeper prepares

Donor welcome: Draft a short note from checked gift facts.

Survey notice: Organize the selected notice without private sign-in links.

Ministry follow-up: Prepare individual follow-up text from selected interests.

What the owner provides

Forward the particular message to your assigned Grantkeeper address, or supply a downloaded email and the required attachment. No Gmail password is needed for this route. Remove codes and unrelated private material.

Limits to keep in mind

Forwarding does not grant inbox search or permission to send from Gmail. Attach linked files separately if the assistant cannot open them. You send the reviewed reply from your own account.

Start with a limited sample. A vendor feature does not establish that a live connection is enabled for your account. Confirm access, cost and permitted actions during setup.
