What it reads

With a Private Integration token for your location, Grantkeeper reads contacts, opportunities and their stages, conversations and messages, appointments, users and assigned tasks. That is enough to answer "who signed up but has not heard from us", "which sponsors are stuck" or "what did this donor last say".

Ask for a morning list and it reads fresh data each time. With Schedules on, a separate read-only connection can send that list to you at the time you choose, with no ability to change anything.

What it can change

It saves one note or one task on an exact contact when you ask, reads it back and logs it. It can add one new contact after checking for duplicates and after you approve it on your private page. Tag additions, stage moves and lost reasons are possible only for the exact tags and stages we check with you first, because GoHighLevel automations often send messages when those change.

It prepares texts and emails as drafts for you to send from GoHighLevel. It does not send messages itself, make bulk changes or delete anything.

Setting it up

In your sub-account settings, under Private Integrations, create a token with only the permissions the job needs. GoHighLevel lets you pick those scopes and change them later. Save the token and the location ID on your private page, never in a text. Before reading is switched on, we check with you how your account keeps conversation data.

Good questions to ask

Which event registrants have not heard from us since they signed up? What did the Hillside Dental contact say last time? Which sponsor proposals are older than two weeks? Add a task to call the Okafors on Thursday. Each answer names the contact and the stage, so you can open the record in GoHighLevel if you want the full history.
