Text it like this

Fictional example.

Grantkeeper
You: Make a report plan from this award letter. Mark dates with no time zone.
Grantkeeper: Draft: Bramble award, report due Nov 30. Attendance from Maya by Nov 12; finance review Nov 19. Source: letter p. 3. Time zone missing; confirm with the funder.

What Grantkeeper prepares

Award plan: Extract dated obligations with source page references.

Evidence map: Link report questions to selected files.

Year-end index: Gather and organize the preparer’s requested records only.

What the owner provides

Supply the selected files or a restricted link that works with the access agreed during setup. Confirm which folder is in scope. An inaccessible link needs a permitted file export, not a change to public sharing.

Limits to keep in mind

Drive sharing distinguishes viewing, commenting and editing. Download permissions can also be restricted. A shared link alone does not establish live Drive access or let Grantkeeper reorganize the source folder.

Start with a limited sample. A vendor feature does not establish that a live connection is enabled for your account. Confirm access, cost and permitted actions during setup.
