What Grantkeeper prepares
Receipt questions: Gather finance questions from the selected records.
Training follow-up: Prepare a summary for the training lead.
Packet requests: Draft a request for missing board attachments.
What the owner provides
Save the selected email as a supported message file or PDF, or forward the relevant text and attachments. Supply only the needed thread. No Microsoft password is needed for this file route.
Limits to keep in mind
This page describes message and file work, not Microsoft tenant access. A saved email may omit attachments, so include those separately. Grantkeeper does not send the draft or edit the Outlook calendar through this route.
Start with a limited sample. A vendor feature does not establish that a live connection is enabled for your account. Confirm access, cost and permitted actions during setup.
