SuiteDash
Look up members and sponsors in SuiteDash by text
Grantkeeper reads the contacts and companies in your SuiteDash portal, adds a new lead when you ask and leaves a note on each change.

Fictional example.
What it reads
If you keep members, sponsors and partners in SuiteDash as contacts and companies, Grantkeeper can find a contact by exact email, look for a name across up to ten pages of results, read one contact or company and list companies page by page. It also reads your custom field labels, so a field like Sponsor level shows up by name.
It cannot see notes, portal messages, files or invoices, and SuiteDash leaves idle companies out of company lists. When a name search stops before the end, Grantkeeper says the results are incomplete instead of guessing.
Typical questions: who the contact is at a sponsoring business before you call, whether a volunteer is already in the portal, or which people are listed under a partner organization.
Adding and updating contacts
Grantkeeper can create one new Lead, for example from an event sign-up card, or update one existing contact, such as a new phone number. Before adding someone, it can look up the email to see whether they are already there. Each change uses a one-time code you text back and leaves a note on the contact saying what changed.
It cannot create Clients or Prospects, change circles, invite people to the portal, send portal messages or email, or delete anything. Those stay with your team in SuiteDash.
Plans and call limits
SuiteDash counts API calls each month, and the allowance depends on your plan: Trial, Start, Thrive or Pinnacle. Grantkeeper keeps its own monthly count and warns you as it gets close. Tell us your plan during setup; until then it uses the Trial limit of 80 calls a month.
An exact email lookup uses one call. A name search can use several, one for each page of results, so an email is the cheaper way to find someone when you have it.
The connection covers lookups and simple contact changes. Portal work you already do in the browser can stay as it is. Connecting takes a Public ID and a Secret Key from the Integrations menu in SuiteDash, under Secure API. Only SuiteDash admins can see that screen. The key opens your whole account, so Grantkeeper limits itself to the actions above, and the key goes on your private page, never in a text.
