Trello for nonprofits and churches

Use a board export to prepare a checked program update and board action review.

Text it like this

Fictional example.

Grantkeeper
You: Use this project export to draft a board update. Separate completed work from plans and delays.
Grantkeeper: Draft board update: pantry layout task marked complete Oct 15. Training remains planned for Nov 7. Budget note awaits finance. No outcome claim inferred from task status.

What Grantkeeper prepares

Program milestones: Summarize supplied cards without treating plans as results.

Action review: Compare actions with accepted decisions.

Missing inputs: Prepare a request for evidence behind a card’s claim.

What the owner provides

Send only the export or document needed for this job. You do not need to send an account password or API key for file-based work. Export it yourself from an account allowed to see the records, and include the export date and reporting period.

Limits to keep in mind

Trello supports JSON board exports; CSV export depends on a Premium workspace. Check whether archived cards and attachments are included. This route does not move live cards, add members or change the board.

Start with a limited sample. A vendor feature does not establish that a live connection is enabled for your account. Confirm access, cost and permitted actions during setup.
