Zoom for nonprofits and churches
Use an authorized participant report to prepare attendance questions and a checked meeting handoff.
Text it like this
Fictional example.
What Grantkeeper prepares
Attendance summary: Flag repeat joins and unmatched names for the lead.
Meeting record draft: Organize separately supplied approved meeting notes.
Meeting actions: Use checked minutes rather than an attendance inference.
What the owner provides
An account owner or permitted meeting host supplies the participant CSV and the expected attendee list. Report availability depends on role and plan. No Zoom login is needed for the file workflow.
Limits to keep in mind
A connection row is not proof of identity, training completion, a vote or quorum. Rejoins and display names need review. This workflow does not join meetings, record people or enable recording settings.
Start with a limited sample. A vendor feature does not establish that a live connection is enabled for your account. Confirm access, cost and permitted actions during setup.
