Every care request, with someone looking after it

Send this week's care or prayer requests. Grantkeeper makes a private list with who owns each one and drafts the follow-up notes.

What you send: Photos of request cards, a form export or your own notes from the week.
What you send
What you get: A private queue with the request, sharing permission, the team member who owns it and the next step, plus follow-up drafts.

Text it like this

Fictional example.

You: Organize this week's care requests. Photos of the cards attached.
Grantkeeper: 6 requests. 4 are for prayer, and 2 of those agreed to be on Sunday's list. 1 asks for a hospital visit Thursday; I drafted a note to Deacon Ray. 1 asks for meals after surgery; a note to the meals team is ready.

A private list, not a public one

Grantkeeper makes a short private queue from what you send: who asked, what kind of help, whether they agreed to share the request beyond the care team, the team member who owns it, and the next step. It keeps only what the team needs and leaves health or family details in the original note.

Only requests marked as shareable go on a prayer list, in the person's own words or a version they agreed to. For a community center, the same queue works for service requests, using your own words for them.

Fictional example: six cards come in. Four are prayer requests, and two of those ticked the box to be on Sunday's list. One asks for a hospital visit on Thursday and goes to the deacon who visits that hospital. One asks for meals after surgery and goes to the meals team.

Follow-ups and urgent needs

For each item, Grantkeeper drafts a short note for the team member who owns it, and a check-in for the person if they asked for one. It doesn't give medical, legal or counseling advice; those questions go to the right person on your team or to a professional.

If a request sounds urgent, Grantkeeper tells you right away and points to the emergency contact your church has named. It is not an emergency service. Care records stay out of donor records, newsletters and ads.

When a team member reports back, the item is marked done with the date, and anything still open carries into next week's queue.

Close each item when the team member reports back, so next week's queue starts with what's still open.

What Grantkeeper prepares

A private queue with the request, sharing permission, the team member who owns it and the next step, plus follow-up drafts.

What to keep in mind

A request is not permission to share it. Urgent needs go straight to the person your church names for emergencies.
