Campaigns and pages
From one text to a campaign ready for review
Tell Grantkeeper about a program and where you serve. It builds a complete Search campaign in your Google Ads account, paused, for you to review.

What goes into the build
Grantkeeper builds a Search campaign with a daily budget inside the limit you set when you connected Google Ads, and inside Google's $329 daily limit across all campaigns. It uses conversion-based bidding, Maximize conversions unless you choose another allowed strategy, and looks up location IDs for the towns, counties or ZIP codes you serve. Search partners and the Display Network are off, as Google's setup guide asks, and the campaign gets at least two sitelinks with different labels and pages.
Inside go ad groups by theme, each with responsive search ads of 3 to 15 headlines up to 30 characters and 2 to 4 descriptions up to 90 characters, and multi-word keywords tied to the program and the place. Everything is created paused.
Ad groups follow the real reasons people search. A food pantry might have one for getting food and one for volunteering, each with its own ads and its own page, rather than one group trying to cover both.
Before you switch it on
Open the campaign in Google Ads and read every ad. Check that each link opens on a phone, that the page says what the ad says, and that the page's conversion is set up. Then switch on the campaign and its ad groups, ads and keywords in Google Ads.
If a link points outside your own website, or the campaign has no location or fewer than two sitelinks, Grantkeeper stops and asks for the missing piece, since the grant rules need them. If a build is interrupted, it checks what already exists in the account before trying again, so you don't end up with duplicates.
Grantkeeper's summary lists the campaign and each ad group, ad and keyword it created, with their IDs, so you can find them quickly in Google Ads.
Start with the program people already ask you about. If its page isn't ready, begin with the program page recipe, then come back to the campaign.
