A program page people can act on

Send the program details. Grantkeeper writes the page and saves it as a draft on your WordPress site, or gives you copy to paste into your site builder.

What you send: Program name, who it serves, hours, place, cost, capacity and the sign-up or contact link.
What you send
What you get: A page draft with a clear headline, the facts, a contact line, a Get help or Learn more button, and blanks for anything missing.
What you get

Fictional example.

Text it like this

Fictional example.

You: Update the winter coat page. Pickups Tuesdays 4 to 7 through Feb 24. Keep the sign-up closed until I check it.
Grantkeeper: New draft saved: “Winter coat pickup, Tuesdays 4 to 7 pm.” It lists the dates, the address, what to bring, and the accessibility contact. The sign-up button is left out for now. The live page is unchanged.

Write it for the visitor

A program page answers a visitor's questions in order: what the program is, who it's for, when and where, what it costs, how many people it can take, and how to join or get help. Grantkeeper puts those in short paragraphs under a headline that names the program, adds a contact line and an accessibility contact, and ends with one button.

It uses only the facts you send. Anything missing becomes a marked blank in the private draft instead of a guess, and Grantkeeper asks for it before the page goes live. If you need Spanish too, it writes a second version from the same facts.

Fictional example: a coat pickup page opens with “Free winter coats, Tuesdays 4 to 7 pm,” then lists who can come, what to bring, the address and parking, and a phone number for questions. The button says Get help and leads to the form that is actually open.

How it reaches your site

On a connected WordPress site, Grantkeeper saves the page as its own draft. It doesn't change a page that is already live, so an update arrives as a separate draft: your web person copies the new text into the live page, or you publish the draft as a new page with your YES code. For Wix, Squarespace or another builder, you get copy ready to paste.

If the page will be an Ad Grants destination, Google's website policy applies: the page sits on your own domain over HTTPS, has real content about the program and a clear mission, and every link works. Grantkeeper checks the draft against that list and tells you what's missing.

Leave the registration button off until sign-ups are really open. Next, the campaign recipe builds the ads for this page.

What to keep in mind

Only confirmed facts go on a live page. Publishing is a separate step after you read the draft.
