Text it like this

Fictional example.

Grantkeeper
You: Two pantry volunteers cancelled Saturday. Use this availability sheet to draft a cover plan.
Grantkeeper: Saturday 9–11: two packing roles open. Ana and Luis show availability; neither is confirmed. Coordinator checks role requirements and sends requests before updating the roster.

What Grantkeeper prepares

Cover plan: Draft requests for the coordinator to send.

Evidence questions: Prepare clear staff requests from supplied report records.

Action list: Organize checked actions without sharing private meeting detail.

What the owner provides

Confirm the authorized Slack conversation during setup and send only the file or text needed. The workspace admin may need to approve app access. Keep sensitive records out of channels with a broad membership.

Limits to keep in mind

Slack supports file uploads and downloads, subject to workspace restrictions. A conversation does not grant access to the whole workspace, private channels or every linked file. Grantkeeper does not contact volunteers just because their names appear in a roster.

Start with a limited sample. A vendor feature does not establish that a live connection is enabled for your account. Confirm access, cost and permitted actions during setup.
