Flyers, pages and video

A flyer in two languages from one text

Text the event details. Grantkeeper writes English and Spanish versions with the same facts and lays them out as a printable page in your colors.

What you send: What it is, the date, time and place, who it is for, the cost, how to sign up, and the languages you need.
What you send
What you get: A flyer page with both languages, a private link that opens it on your phone, and a list of any blanks still to fill.
What you get

Fictional example.

Text it like this

Fictional example.

You: Flyer for the free coat giveaway, Saturday Nov 8, 9 to 1, parish hall, 412 Elm St. English and Spanish.
Grantkeeper: Flyer ready, both languages on one page in your blue and gold. Spanish line: "Entrega gratuita de abrigos, sábado 8 de noviembre, de 9 a 1, en el salón parroquial." One blank: a phone number for questions. Link coming next.

One text, two languages

Send the facts the way you would tell a volunteer: what it is, when, where, who it is for, what it costs and how to sign up. Grantkeeper writes the English text, then the Spanish with the same dates, times, addresses and amounts, using usted and plain words. Street names and your organization's name stay as they are. If you need a third language, ask; it marks anything it is less sure of for a fluent reader.

A page you can print or share

The flyer is a single page with large type for the date and place, built from the same tested page Grantkeeper uses for every tool. The private link opens it on your phone, where you can print it, save it as a PDF from the share menu, or take a screenshot for a post. Print one copy and check it before you print fifty, because printers handle margins differently.

If you already have a designed flyer in Canva or similar, Grantkeeper can write its text in both languages instead, ready to paste.

Before it goes up

Blanks stay visible until you fill them, so an unfinished flyer cannot slip out. Have a fluent Spanish speaker read it once, especially program names, medical or legal words and anything about who qualifies. The same text can become a WordPress event page draft or a bulletin item.

Using the same text elsewhere

Once the facts are set, Grantkeeper can reuse them so every version says the same thing: a short announcement for the bulletin, a text for your volunteer group, a newsletter item and an event page draft. Change the time once and ask for the set again, and each version updates together.

For an event that also needs ads, the event page and paused campaign recipe uses the same facts.

What you send

What it is, the date, time and place, who it is for, the cost, how to sign up, and the languages you need.

What Grantkeeper prepares

A flyer page with both languages, a private link that opens it on your phone, and a list of any blanks still to fill.

What to keep in mind

Photos cannot go on the page yet, so it uses your colors, lettering and simple shapes. Have a fluent reader check the Spanish.
