Pages and flyers

Make the flyer, the sign-up page and the website by text

Small organizations rarely have a web person. Grantkeeper can make three kinds of pages, each for a different job, in your colors and in two languages if you need them.

Text it like this

Fictional example.

You: We need a flyer for the coat drive and a page on the website about it.
Grantkeeper: Flyer ready in English and Spanish, link coming next. For the website I made a draft page with the same dates and checked it on a phone; screenshots are on your private page. Send the code I texted to put it live.

Flyers and handouts

Text the facts and Grantkeeper builds a one-page flyer with large type for the date and place, in English and Spanish with the same details in both. It opens on your phone from a private link, and you print it or save it as a PDF from the share menu. Photos cannot be placed on pages yet, so the look comes from your colors, lettering and simple shapes. Have a fluent reader check any translation before it goes up.

Private pages for your team

For work your staff does on a phone, Grantkeeper builds small pages that save what is typed on your own server: a volunteer hours log, a pantry count, a care request list, a check-in sheet. Anyone with the link can see and change the records, so share it only with staff. Each link opens the page for 30 minutes, and Grantkeeper sends a fresh one when you ask. Every list page has a button that downloads a spreadsheet, and Grantkeeper can read the records to answer questions like "how many hours did tutoring get this month?"

Pages that the public fills in, like a sign-up form, work differently: they never save what visitors type. The last button opens a ready-written text to a number you choose, so each request reaches you as a message from that person.

A small public website

If your organization is on WordPress, Grantkeeper saves drafts there and publishes one reviewed draft at a time. If you have no site at all, it can build and look after a small one with the Website add-on: service times or programs, how to visit, how to give and how to reach you. Before anything is public, it checks the pages on phone and computer screens and shows you the screenshots. Publishing to Netlify, a website host, takes a one-time code you text back, and the previous version can be put back the same way.

Google Ad Grants needs ads to point to your own website on your own domain, so grant ads always link there, never to a preview or to our hosting. A captioned video made from your photos, with the Media add-on, can go on the site as well.
