Airtable for nonprofits and churches

Read exported views to organize awards, ministry interests and event capacity reviews.

Text it like this

Fictional example.

Grantkeeper
You: Use this grant tracker export to list the next 30 days. Separate applications from reports.
Grantkeeper: Next 30 days: Bramble report Nov 30, owner Maya, finance export missing. Cedar application Nov 20, decision owner Luis. Both dates need a current-source check.

What Grantkeeper prepares

Grant register: Review each deliverable as its own row.

Ministry interests: Group explicit choices without inferring sensitive details.

Event waiting list: Keep party sizes and acceptance states.

What the owner provides

Send only the export or document needed for this job. You do not need to send an account password or API key for file-based work. Export it yourself from an account allowed to see the records, and include the export date and reporting period.

Limits to keep in mind

An Airtable CSV reflects the selected view. Filters and hidden fields can leave out records needed for the job. Exports may be blocked by admin settings. This route does not write changes back to the base.

Start with a limited sample. A vendor feature does not establish that a live connection is enabled for your account. Confirm access, cost and permitted actions during setup.
